• Research to Determine Design Concept and Style, Review Magazines and Photos, Select Vendors

• Draw tile and/or stone concept plan
• Provide detailed finish schedule

Concept Application

• Select Flooring, Wall Coverings, Window Coverings, Lighting, Furniture, Fabrics and Accessories
• Design Custom Furniture as Needed
• Evaluate Budget and Selections
• Review for Scale, Balance, Harmony, and Composition

Provide Working Drawings to include: Furniture Plan, Elevations, Interior Details, Sketches, etc.

• Preliminary Review and Evaluation of Drawings
• Provide Furniture Layout and Floor Outlet Locations
• Provide Detailed Floor Plan and Elevations for the Kitchen and Baths, if Needed

• Define Purchases Needed
• Purchase Client Approved Designer Materials
• Consult with Outside Specialists and Tradespeople
• Write Purchase Orders & Process with Vendor
• Re-select Back Orders & Discontinued Materials
• Expedite Orders
• Coordinate Crafting, Shipping, and Delivery

Installation

• Coordinate with Other Trade Sources as Needed
• On-site Installation of Furnishings and Accessories

Post-Evaluation

• Define Any Unfinished Details
• Meet With Client to Evaluate Project Results
