Located in a central Houston neighborhood, the Anderson Residence is a modern family home that has been thoughtfully redesigned to meet the needs of contemporary living. The renovation balances clean architectural lines with warm, livable interiors, creating a home that feels both refined and welcoming.

I organized the layout around generous family spaces that encourages togetherness. A bright living room serves as the heart of the home, designed for everyday comfort as well as hosting guests. The big kitchen is modern and highly functional, featuring updated finishes and an open connection to the surrounding family areas, making it ideal for shared meals and daily routines. Multiple family rooms provide flexible zones for relaxation, play, and quiet time, allowing each family member their own space while staying connected.

I designed this home for a couple and their two children, with family life in mind—practical, durable, and adaptable. Natural light, modern materials, and a cohesive design language throughout the house enhance the sense of openness and ease. The result is a luxurious but comfortable Houston home, that supports modern family living while reflecting a timeless, contemporary aesthetic.
