The student housing project on Stadium Drive is designed as a contemporary living environment that reflects the energy and rhythm of student life while offering comfort, functionality, and a strong sense of identity. The interior design concept blends bold color accents with calm, neutral foundations, creating spaces that feel lively without becoming visually overwhelming.

The color palette is built around warm neutrals—soft whites, dark grays, and natural wood tones—layered with vibrant accent colors inspired by movement and campus culture. Deep blues, energetic reds, and touches of golden yellow appear in furniture, wall graphics, and textiles, adding personality and visual interest. These colors help define different zones within the building, from social lounges to study areas and private rooms.

Furniture is modern, durable, and flexible, selected specifically for student living. Clean-lined sofas, modular seating, and multifunctional tables support a variety of activities, from group study sessions to casual gatherings. Upholstery fabrics are easy to maintain and designed to withstand daily use, while soft textures and ergonomic forms ensure comfort over long periods.

The overall environment promotes connection and well-being. Communal areas are open and inviting, encouraging interaction and collaboration, while quieter zones provide spaces for focus and retreat. Natural light is maximized through large windows along Stadium Drive, enhancing the sense of openness and connecting the interior to the surrounding urban and campus context.

The result is a vibrant yet balanced student housing environment—one that supports learning, social life, and personal comfort, and offers students a place that feels both energizing and truly their own.
